This comic (art) caught my attention big time today.

This is definitely what it feels like right now, as the snow settles on my patio table and the days get shorter and shorter….

Holding a steady dose of “regular anxiety”.

Add “covid anxiety”.

Then “election anxiety”.

Top it off with “seasonal depression”, “worried about global warming”, and “existential dread”…

Try juggling all those anxieties and depression. Good luck with that.

But that’s where many of us are right now, me included.

S.A.D. is trying hard to creep in, and I keep pushing it back, but covid and election anxiety keep popping in to the mix.

I find myself saying, to myself, “BREATHE,” often throughout the day. “Just breathe.”

I can’t juggle it all. But I can keep breathing, even when I drop a ball, or two… in the snow… *sigh*
