Our menu plan last week shuffled a bit, so one of my dishes is a carry over (Chiapas Chicken instead of Turkey).
Most of the menu this week is still from things I have left over from my shopping trip 2 weeks ago. I have to pick up a few little things, mostly milk, eggs and some veggies. (We go through 5 or 6 gallons of milk a week anyway!)
