GO to the people;
LIVE among the people;
LEARN from them;
LOVE them.
START with what they know,
BUILD on what they have.
But of the BEST leaders,
When their TASK is accomplished,
When their WORK is done,
The PEOPLE will remark,
“WE HAVE DONE IT OURSELVES!“
Ah, yes – walk with them through whatever life throws their way, lift them up, equip them, give them what they need to succeed, and let them go to do what it is they are called to do!
