Welcome to Week 12 of my nutrition and weight-loss journey,
sponsored by Mission4Nutrition.
I am really not sure what exactly happened this week. Last week was such a good week, posting a big loss. I was so excited. Not quite so excited today….
Weigh-In today : + 1.0 lbs
PLUS One Whole Pound?! What’s up with that?
Total weight change over 12 weeks: -10.9 lbs
Prior to this week, my biggest (and ONLY) gain had been 0.6 lbs. And that was a very ‘off’ kind of week.
So, yah… I’m a little confused as to what happened this week.
The kiddos are away at camp, so maybe we’ve not been on a regular ‘routine’. Hubby and I did go out for a couple of meals, but I was careful about portions. We didn’t walk as many evenings as usual this week either, though we may have made up for that with other activities. It didn’t feel like an ‘off’ week to me this week.
I’m seriously wondering if the weight gain measured today wasn’t one of 2 things:
- Natural weight fluctuation that happens to be on the UP side of things at the moment (I have had a hysterectomy, so it’s not officially ‘that time of month’ right now, but I know my body does still cycle, so this could be that….). OR
- The java chip frapp I had at Starbucks yesterday really stuck with me today!
- Walk more.
- Track my meals closely with my iChange (Herbalife) account online.
- Drink more water.
- Stick closely to the Herbalife program (2 meal replacement shakes, plus my vitamins and Cell Activator)
Do you have any questions about the Herbalife program or products? Let me know and I’m sure Sarah and Emily will be glad to answer them! They really are GREAT to work with, and we have a couple more weeks to pick their brains!
