“I’m working on my blog,” I said to a friend who waded through my piles into my office to see what I was doing.

“A WHAT?” she said. (She is not a big computer user, obviously.)

Yeah, that is an interesting question.

“It’s my on-line journal,” was the best answer I could come up with. But I think that’s accurate.

Her question (and my answer) made me think about it, though. Why would I want to put my thoughts on-line? It’s something I have been thinking about for months now.

As my health has been improving and with hope for more improvement within the next few months, I have been evaluating what value my journey has had. The things I have learned must be beneficial to someone, and maybe I should write some of it down, to save it permanently.

And I type faster than I write anyway!

There are people around the world with whom I would love to share what’s happening in my walk with Christ. I could send them all personal letters or e-mails, or one big MASS mailing of some sort. (Those aren’t always well received and so very very impersonal!) But this way I hope I can invite them to view the thoughts that I actually take (squeeze) the time and energy to put into words. And maybe a few of them (or more) will be interested in sharing their own stories with me/us on this forum.

I will have to take some time to write a more complete history, because that’s where the learning has happened. So check back often and see how the Lord can use a NON-TRADITIONAL Pastor’s Wife with (a usually sweet) Attitude for His purposes. Suffice it to say that I trust the Lord can and will use what I have been through to bring glory to His name and to advance the Kingdom. Thanks for stopping in. Hope to see you again soon!…

Blessings!
