WOW – it’s hard to believe it’s already Week 5 of my personal nutrition and fitness challenge.  This series is brought to you by my fantastic Blog Sponsors Mission4Nutrition.

Last week I talked about the Herbalife Support System that is in place when you’re working with a Herbalife Independent Distributor. That again came through BIG TIME this week.  Sarah called on Wednesday night of last week, I think, and we had an awesome chat.  She was so encouraging, and gave me a good (and good-natured) butt-kicking too, just to keep me moving forward.  She said, “You have to keep making progress or you’re not going to make your goal.”  And that got me focused again, reminding me of what the big picture is.  She invited me to join a group to help keep track of things.  I’ll share more about that in another post. Sarah and Emily are both awesome this way! They are so good at asking questions and motivating!

I wasn’t off track, but Sarah made sure I didn’t get off track!  So I’m focusing on the Herbalife Program and doing my best not to get another butt-kicking from Sarah!

I’ve already shared a bit about one part of the Herbalife Program, the Herbalife shakes, but there’s another couple of things I drink in the morning before having my shake.  One of them is Herbalife Herbal Tea Concentrate.

About Herbalife Herbal Tea Concentrate

This delicious low-calorie tea mix can be savored throughout the day for a natural energy lift. It includes the thermogenic and antioxidant properties of green tea, making it an ideal part of a nutritious weight management program. Enjoy daily as a tasty and healthy alternative to coffee and sodas.

I was a little skeptical about a powdered tea drink when I was first introduced to Herbalife Herbal Tea Concentrate.  But right away I was pleasantly surprised.  It’s a tasty refreshing drink, available in 4 flavours – Original, Lemon, Peach and Raspberry.  It can be drunk anytime, but I usually drink it in the morning.  It enhances metabolism and is only 5 calories.  I look forward to my tea in the morning.  It can be drunk hot or cold, and I usually drink it cold, even over ice.  Mix one 1/2 tsp in about 200ml of water and you’ve got a healthy yummy drink.  It’s pretty good stuff!

So, another week has gone by, and where am I at with progress on my nutrition and weight-loss journey?

I’ve lost another 1.0 lb!

Overall weight change in 5 weeks: – 6.5 lbs!

The best thing about all of this might very well be the comment my husband made a couple days ago.  I was walking in the living room away from where he was sitting on the couch and he said, “Sweetie, I think you’re going to have to buy new jeans soon – those just don’t fit you anymore.  They aren’t tight like they used to be, like I like them.”  LOL!  It made me smile!

I didn’t get a chance to measure with Emily and Sarah today, so I don’t have any numbers yet, but I KNOW I’m losing inches.  My pants really are loose, and I love it!  Only 6.5 lbs, but it’s amazing how much of a difference those 6.5 lbs make.

I love Sarah and Emily, and Mission4Nutrition is helping me in my mission to become healthier! A little bit at a time, consistently moving forward, with the help of a great team around me!
